Huge client Issues

I'm having huge issues with the client lately. First off, most of the time when I open the client it says "Unable to login because you may be offline". The only way I can fix this is changing region and then changing it back again so it can update and let me login. Then other times it won't let me create a group. I'm unable to click on the group button and it says I have to restart the client and I have to redo the previous process of changing regions. Help please.
