Clicker gets stuck into a ping clicker and issue with lagging

Hi, ok so ever since the new patch ive been having a couple of issues in gameplay. The first is with the clicker. During the game, whenim clicking around and moving the screen, the clicker gets stuck in the pinging clicker. When this happens i am unable to ping anything for maybe a minute or two which gets really annoying. The other issue is that lately ive been lagging a little more than I usually do, while my ping stays the same. I am sometimes unable to move during the game which gets really annoying. Thank you :^)
