I am stuck "In game"

I was in the middle of an ARAM game and then the game froze, for me and my friends. then when I left and tried to reconnect it wouldn't let me. I tried to relog and it still didn't work. And still says the game is on. I tried making one of my friends invite me to a game and still wouldn't work. Please help.
