Not getting any IP

I've recently played a bunch of games with Zac, but as it may seem weird, i've been having the same 464 IP for a whole week.. Maybe it's a glitch? I mean, I've not spent a whole lot of ip, but this number keeps popping on my client.. Anyone else having this sort of issues?
