Spectate: Victory Notice does not appear at the end of game

At the end of the game, the victory notice does not always appear. This prevents the user from viewing the after game summary. However there is a work around to force the victory notice to appear.

Steps to replicate:

1. Spectate a game
2. Wait until one team wins
3. Observe, Victory notice does not appear on the screen

Expected Result:

1. User will see the victory notice and should be able to click "continue" to see the after game summary.

Workaround:

1. At the conclusion of the game press escape > click interface > change the hud scale by 1. I haven't found a scenario where the work around will work 100% of the time. Sometimes I have to increase the scale- sometimes decrease it.
