Surrender bug

There is a bug that i want to report i have seen it first time today.We were winning the game very much and they surrendered, after i saw in chat sentence "Enemy team agreed to surrender 4/1" and i started surrender on joke, but .... Camera moved to enemy nexus and instead of saying victory for me because they surrendered first i saw defeat.
