[Gameplay] Champion Thresh

I was playing as Lucian, playing against a thresh with the championship Thresh skin (Badass skin btw) He managed to hook me after his hook passed and I mistakenly dashed into his remaining chain before the graphic was finished. Also was hooked through a minion...twice. As well was hooked from an inch passed the graphic...I think this is the place to bring this up.

Please fix this, as thresh is a high pick support, this could cause some serious issues, very quickly.
