League Client will not Launch!! [CLIENT]

I go to start League, I click on the shortcut (or Run from taskbar in admin mode), the logo appears momentarily... and then disappears. I go to the Task Manager and I see that both "LoLLauncher" and "LoLPatcher.exe" are both running but have no visuals. I have tried to let it sit for hours on end and see if it will patch as a background program with no visuals but no luck. I've tried re-installing, deleting the Lol_patcher file, doing a full uninstall with REVO, and just also using the RADS fix with the adapter settings.
I just wanna get back to leaguing! Okay Riot, this is a problem with apparently no fix and completely disables people from playing, Please Help!
