Gragas bug

I was playing a game on Gragas and I died with my Barrel roll (q) on the ground unpopped and it exploded later during my death timer. Then when I re spawned I could not use my Barrel roll. I couldn't use it for the rest of the game, I even tried to leave the game and come back, nothing worked.
