Why is rito so unfair?

I got perma banned cuz of my behaviour. I admitt that i said bad things but i met polish players which are saying mean thing to my family. All of u here know how uncomfortable is to play with them. I report every time when someone is talking that kind of words but they never get banned. Now i get permently banned for saying:

1. idiot
2. my ward is more skillful
3. noob
4. boosted Idk how is rito planning to keep players when they cant balance ban and suspension system. And last thing i wanna say. I got MVP almost every single game and i invested a lot of time in my acc and now cuz of few not that mean words i got banned.
