Unable to reconnect after DC

After I disconnected from a game due to a brief connection disruption on my part, I tried logging back on to rejoin. When I logged back on, the client brought me back to the home screen, as if i wasn't in the game. It appears to let me enter queues as well, and I'm currently in one to see what happens ( I've been in for 3 mins now) Any way to fix this?
