i dont have the video but im sure your able to check my match history on 5/16 with amumu you can see in this match when we initiate into a team fight their azir uses his ult to knock me up as i use amumu's Q the grab skill when he used his ult and i grabbed him i was then knocked off the map while i was still grabbing him and sat off the map until i died.
Were you at the edge of the map, like in a base or in top/bot lane? And more importantly, was Azir ult cast towards the edge of the map, and you got pinned there? Because there was something in the patch notes about "if Azir pins someone against a wall with his ult, they can be pushed over to the other side of the wall instead" so I can definitely imagine that pushing you outside the map
