Unable to transfer account

I am trying to transfer my account so that I can play with my friends on Eu Nordic and East instead of Euw but I cant find the transfer region choises, I am under the tab "account" and can only find the Summoner Name Change. I dont know if this is a bug or because of ranked seson ending, if so please tell me when I will be able to change server again. Best regards EzyCarry <3

Server transfers are disabled while they're distributing end of season rewards.
