or actually fix it and remove the damage reduction.
strongest defensive stat in the game on one of the strongest adc items. kek. not even tanks get this kind of defense on their items. why this isnt built every game on every adc is beyond me.
shiv zaps are nice for poke. pd is nice if you want to facetank assassins.
