or actually fix it and remove the damage reduction.

strongest defensive stat in the game on one of the strongest adc items. kek. not even tanks get this kind of defense on their items. why this isnt built every game on every adc is beyond me.

shiv zaps are nice for poke. pd is nice if you want to facetank assassins.

It's 12% damage reduction against 1 target, which is effectively 12% more health. Squishies have like 2k at 18, so it's a little better than a ruby crystal but only if you're 1 v 1. On tanks it's be like a giant's belt. It's not that good.

12% from phantom dancer on a bloodthirster shield, on summoner heal, on health thats regained via lifsteal, on support shields.

adc being squishy is an illusion these days. all those artificial sources of health, and health sustain makes them as tanky as bruisers with items like these and keystones like bond of stone.

basically negating their only inteded weakness.
