I had a short power outage , **and started the pc again (1-2 min) but when I wanted to reconnect to the game I couldn't (see the screenshot). ** Now ofcourse this game counts as a leave but I ask Riot to fix their bugs before the game can call me a LEAVER, ok ? Restarted the game 3 times, but still same message, any suggestions for future events until Riot will fix this ?

Also tested my internet while the game was in progress: http://www.speedtest.net/result/7512024064 I honestly don't think the problem was "my side only" as I tried to prove my internet works perfectly fine and after multiple client restarts and a full repair, the message was still on, and I think I got punished unfairly by riot leaverbuster.
Everything with my internet is alright and the server kicked me from champion select in my promos to diamond 5 KMSSSSSSSSSS XD So isn't your fault, the server is lagging

It's not just you. There are a half dozen of us here alone that are having this issue. Riot, there is a problem with connection to the server that doesn't allow you to reconnect to the game during a match and forces you to wait until you get reported for leaving (even though you were literally trying to reconnect to the server the whole time)

I've had this happen before. Usually the problem is that the in-game program is running, but not displaying on your PC.
If it happens again, try what I do. Open task manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc or Ctrl-Alt-Del) and look for the game client. It should be the one with the old blue icon, not the new green one. Every time I have this problem, the game client is hiding in Background Processes, where it shouldn't be. Just force quit the program and it should automatically reload you. If not, the reconnect button should show up.
