[Client] Champion Mastery Grade

When you move your cursor over the mastery icon after a game to see your grade, the letter grade that's highlighted can shake as the box fades in and out. This has happened consistently in the post game screen I'm in now.

I've only seen it with a grade of 'A' so far so the others may not shake like this.
