Jhin doesnt gain any attack speed from runes or masteries. As well as items. Everytime you play jhin this is happening to me please fix this riot. Its making many games be lost because i have the base attack speed all game.

This is not a bug, that's how Jhin works. He only has his base attack speed.

However, thanks to his passive, any bonus attack speed instead grants him more AD, as well as bonus movement speed whenever he lands a critical strike.
