[GAMEPLAY] Lux E not showing up!

Lux's E doesnt show up at all when she casts it. This was noticed in ARAM on EUW servers, all other players on my team noticed it. Don't know if it is present in other game modes. Just saw it and will test it now on SR.

EDIT: I have just checked Summoners Rift and it shows up there. Works in Crystal Scar as well Twisted Treeline as well. Recreated it in Howling Abyss and it showed up this time. Might be to do with the fact that it was me playing Lux. Will update once my buddies get online to see if it's to do with the Lux being on the enemy team.
