Friends List Bug

Submitted a ticket to Riot, and was told to post here, so I am. My ticket read as follows:

I cannot move my friend groups up or down. Whenever I attempt to, the list freezes for about 10 seconds and then reverts to all my lists open in the same, unwanted order ([custom list 1], General, [custom list 2]). I also tried adding more lists, but then when I try to move them, the list again freezes and reverts to said order, with no sign of the recently added list. This has only been happening since the most recent patch (4.17) came out.
