Fiora Passive issues

Fiora is my favourite champ, with that said I understand how she was over-tuned prior to the most recent patches where some would say she was slightly nerfed. With that said something that seems to be a recent problem with the champ is that the passive seems to often times glitch out where you pop one, relocate, whether through using Q or simply repositioning to where the next one has/is spawning/spawned, The immediate auto attack fails to activate the passive even though I am positioned squarely in front of it and far enough away that I am not point blank or too close.

Some times this happens once a trade or all in and is ultimately not a big deal but other times it occurs against other champs where you start with the advantage, which should give you the win but they manage to ultimately win the trade or all in, simply because the couple of the times you relocated to proc your vitals it ultimately fails resulting in you losing both the damage and sustain which would have ultimately allowed you to win.

While this might be something known and left as is, or simply something overlooked I feel like it takes away from her ability as a champ with a high skill ceiling who while not necessarily stronger than the opposing lane has the ability to punish an opponent for mistakes they make. With that said this is something that doesn't completely ruin her as a champ but rather creates moments of extreme frustration which can take the fun out of it sometimes.

Thanks.

(Almost a 300k Fiora main) The vital takes time to activate is all I can assume is the problem. Also, you have about a 1 sec window after the vital disappears to actually proc the vital that just went away. So right after its fully gone, you can still proc it.

You can ult during W animation.

You can Q W animation cancel to get out of veig cage, through Azir wall (will stun if wall is in its animation), you can slide through cait traps, if you expect that Ahri you're chasing to charm right as you Q in, you can slide parry to stun her.
