Champion select bug // Cant select a champion

So i don't know if it's common to you guys but to me it is. When your mouse is on a champion icon in champ select, the artwork pops on the side, but sometimes it doesn't go off. To make it go away you have to put your mouse on an other champ icon. But this time i had my mastery page open, and the artwork blocks the cross to close the masteries, and the masteries block the champ icon. So you are stuck and can't select a champion.
