Can't refund Spirit Guard Udyr

A few months back I purchased Spirit Guard Udyr, but seeing as I don't use the skin anymore I want to refund it. However, when I go to the shop to refund I don't have the option to refund the skin. I still have all my credits, does this happen to anyone else? Please help.

something like 3 months after you buy something, you lose the ability to refund it. Especially if you've kept buying things since then.

As mentioned, unfortunately after a certain timeframe items cannot be refunded. I learned the same way, with the same skin! :-(
