FIX CHAMP SELECT PLEASE RIOT! WTF

okay so ever since patch 6.4 (still continuing on patch 6.6), there are quite a few bugs i'd like to point out in hope of having them addressed. they've been causing me and a lot of other players i know a hell of a lot of grief. the first is in champ select, the screen freezes and disconnects you (obviously resulting in a dodge, and esp. in soloq promos, that counts as an undeserved loss), its very annoying and happens in roughly 1/5 games. the 2nd is the in game bug splats. randomly in game the client will just close and asks me to reconnect, but wont let me. this one happens about 1/10 games. the 3rd, probably not a bug, but every time im in promos i swear to god i get the wooooorst players on my team. EVERY TIME. i swear matchmaking just wont let me get promoted, i've had to do promos up to 10 times before (and all you need is 1 win!?!?!) idk if you guys are just screwin with me but legit; wtf. anyway, please fix the bug splats and champ select freezing/disconnecting please! i know im not the only one having these issues.. not by a long shot. its just stuff like this that makes the game not even worth our time and it sucks when you just try so hard and lose games due to things you cant even control
