The truth is Riot doesn't care. You can contact support and they will blatantly refuse to do anything about it. Post on here and if a mod responds they will only tell you its you're fault. They had the same issue prior to 7.1. Constantly telling the players its their fault and they deserve the punishment.

Then in 7.1 in notable fixes "Fixed an issue preventing players from re-connecting after champ select"

Did all the punished players get so much as an apology. Nope.

Because remember this is you're fault.

I just wish they'd reset my queues so i don't have to wait through my 20 minute queues from things that aren't my fault.

You either lost 3 LP or got a 30 minute queue timer. Not both.

First dodge in ranked is 3 LP and 6 minutes queue time. Second dodge in ranked is 10 LP and 20/30* minutes queue time.

* Don't remember which.

Yep. I had a ranked win followed by this happening to me twice. Probably lost like 10 LP. Thanks riot!

I remember when they introduced the change to a different node system

This happened to me too. I sent a bug report via the client, now I get to sit through the low priority thirty minute queue timers [slayer-jinx-unamused]

I've lost some promo games because of this, not fun.

Yeah I have had this bug too, sucks to be in promos when this happens.

I just had the same problem. It's bad enough with people dodging and/or not selecting anything, now you add this on top of it.

Just don't play ranked for a while.... It's a friends lag situation, remove inactive friends and the lag will go down. Also, that's a bit rude.

Stupid, fuckking new client fuckked me 2 ranked games in last 2 days for no reason at all, just screenfreeze, then all champs disapear couse that scrol shitt is too fuckking long, and all just stop working, stupid new clients, fix this fuckking shitt

Why doesn't Riot use the little (!) thing in the client to let players know that this bug exists? Clearly it happens to a lot of people and it's a serious issue. I would very much appreciate a "Hey, this problem is happening with the new client" so I could avoid getting black screened out of my ranked promos. Right now the little (!) thing is only encouraging more players to upgrade to the new client and experience this bug for themselves... how sadistic.

The 20 second black screen is kind of annoying, More so in ARURF since other people just reroll my favourite champs away. :(

I have this too it sucks
