Loading Screen Stall?

So I go to play one last game for the night, and the game launches into its loading phase where we're all waiting on starting the round. I was playing Jinx in this game and my little character box thingy said I was 100% done loading and ready to go, all I had to do was wait for the opposing team's Morgana which was stuck at 23%. This is where things get really fucked up and deserves a look into. The time I was waiting for morgana to finish getting into the game, I was apparently disconnected. No notification. Still waiting for morgana to load. I had no clue until the game was over and I was brought into the end game chat. HOW THE FUCK DID THAT HAPPEN... Like seriously, that got me an afk warning that's really close to the punishments in the tribunal. There's no way that that is fair. My laptop runs pretty smooth being only half a year old so I rule that out. I think the latest patch might be to blame for this occurrence. The patch before 5.1 was just as bad too, having a lot of trouble with people picking skins in team builder, but this, this is something that can cost innocent people valuable play time and reputation for trying to play a simple game. ONE simple game. Every time I've ever afk'd is because I either fell asleep while playing or family issues came up. Its not completely fair how the afk punishments are set since you can't fight the warnings or punishments like you would for a speeding ticket in court. Riot should really consider having a type of service where instead of having people play for their rights back, people can give in written testimonies or hell, money if they're that desperate to play again. Its just not fair how this can be left like it is. And yeah many will say life's not fair, but then those people don't get off their asses and challenge life to get what's rightfully theirs, justice.
