[CLIENT] Champ Select and Load Screen Bug

(A) I experienced the masteries bug for the first time tonight (see first image below). Nothing out of the ordinary was going on until then. The drop down list for Masteries was blank, as if nothing was loaded. Pressing the drop down did nothing. When I clicked the "Edit Masteries" button, it brought up my masteries page like normal and I was able to utilize it properly. Yet, when I closed the window, my issue with the drop down persisted.

My steps leading to the bug.

1. Open client, clicked to disable music, attempted to log in twice and failed (fat fingered it). 3rd try was a success.
2. Clicked PLAY, chose 3v3 blind pick, queued.
3. Soon as game popped and I joined in, I put the letter "K" in the search, chose Kayn and locked immediately.
4. Proceeded to my set up and noticed the masteries drop down bug.

I HAVE NOT TRIED TO RECREATE THIS. I'M POSTING THIS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THAT 3V3 GAME.

(B) As for the load screen bug, this is not the first time I have seen it since the recent patch with Kayn. Several 5v5 ranked games I've played had this bug. This particular 3v3 match I played also had it. Simply put, champ select count down ends, minimized and game loads. Before the normal load screen UI shows up, I see the bug (see 2nd picture below). Considering I've experienced it on multiple occasions, and in different game modes, I'm not sure steps really help.

You simply pick a matchmade game, and when the load screen comes up you may experience it. I have more than 3 times for sure by now. And I haven't even been playing much league the past month.
