Not recieving credit for a game

Me and my friend played a ranked game to both get into series. After we won the game would not allow us to see stats. When I skipped it we were not recieving credit for winning, I checked my match history in game and on lolking and it was not coming up. When I left I was stuck on a reconnect screen for a few hours. I just now am able to actually see the lobby but I am still not recieving credit for our win. Thank you for taking the time to read this post.
