Connection issue

Has anyone had connection issues after the patch because I have been lagging out every game (not a frame drop ut i get disconnected at the start) and its not my pc. I have an isp score of 97/100 so there is no way its an issue on my end. Its getting really annoying to play this dying game and the shit doesn't even work lol.
