[CLIENT] Unable to connect to chat.

 Whenever I log into League, everything comes out normally but I am not connected into chat.  I have to manually try connecting, and it always fails.

 Has been happening a lot lately, and even more so today.  I cannot every connect to chat in the last few hours. 

 Again, happens always now, can never reconnect.
