Cant select Champion

I was recently in queue with a friend and I went to lock in a champion, I selected Kennen but wanted to switch to Wukong. So with plenty of time left I clicked on Wukong and it didnt allow me to switch so I stuck with Kennen and tried to lock in but it didnt let me. the timer went well past 0 and I was just stuck there. to wrap it up it counted as me "dodging" and I got a 6 minute que timer
