When I get emotes from loot boxes I don't actually get the emotes

I've gotten the same emote multiple times and overall gotten 4 or 5 emotes from chests and I have received a total of zero of these emotes but the boxes I spent rp on still get used up.

Same here, this is RUBBISH, I was overjoyed with a loot box, but guess what?

I didn't get the Naut Bad emote from it, even when it clearly shown me I should! My emote list does not even have a "Naut Bad" emote listed as gray?

EDIT: Oh, restarted LoL client, its there! Darn you Naut ...
