Refer a friend

i have 4 refer a friend friends they show up the first 2 rewards i can redeem but the grey warwick and the one after its says 'Error_Redeem_Rewards_Server_Down' i tried everyday and it still doesnt work i tried it for 1 week

Anyone know whats up with this?
