Sion visual Q bug

Was just in a rank game where i was against a Sion support and Vayne adc. As normal Sion sits in a bush to sneak cast a q but when we had full visual on him in a bush his q cast was visually appearing above or next to him not in front of him. My support was in discord with me and he also saw the glitch. It happen several times within that game and we noticed that the Sion definitely knew that his q was glitching and was abusing it. Not calling hacks or cheating but this needs to be fixed because it was only happening when he was in bushes and you get last second sight before the q is either cast or canceled and by the visual being bugged you would at first think it's being casted above him not in front but when the cast connects it lands in frontDownloaded the game and couldn't see the bug but several other people on my team and theirs saw it.
