Pyke and also Sion Q Casting Bugg

I've run into a bug with a couple champions that have held Q ability's where the smart-cast indicator disappears mid way through casting and the ability locks itself to held and will only complete the cast by me repressing the button rather then me letting go of the first cast hold.

*Pyke's Hook for example will lose it's direction indicator mid cast and will hold the cast even when I let go of the button, for me to complete the cast I have to re-press the button with me also blind of the directional indicator.

*Sion Q knock up has the same type of issue where its won't cast when I let go of the button and will continue to complete the full cast unless I repress the button.
