Mission Icons Not Showing in Inventory

The Embellished Demacia Crest, Demacia Crest, Crownguard, and Cracked Crownguard Icons are not available in the Icon inventory under collection. You can select them in the "Summoner Icon & Border Selector" but it doesn't show up in the Game Loading screen. You end up with a black Icon when the game is loading. I've reported this via the client, but I thought I'd report it here as well in case others are having the same issue.
