This bug still isn't fixed after seeing a post from a year ago

For some players, doesn't matter what computer you have, Gangplank barrel timers and yasuo dash timer doesn't show. I've repaired my client, went through my settings and restored everything to default, turn things on and off. Still nothing happens to the timer being there
