Lagging Bug in the game

I have been playing league like 2 years and there was no problem in the game. But last week bug started every game I just got like 1000 ping often and you guys know that time I have to die cause of bug I'm always playing with my friends so, we're keep skyping each other and skype is no problem. Also youtube is working well. This is what I got. Sorry for there is many grammer problem in here. Because English is my second language. Thank you for hearing.
