[CLIENT] Spontaneous connectivity issues (Unable to ban in Champ Select)

Pretty aggravated right now, just found a lobby and joined the champ select, everything seemed fine until it was the banning phase and I was unable to click on any champions to ban and the ban button was not highlighted. When the timer ran out, the champ select just stayed still at 0 with no bans or anything. I waited 2 mins and nothing happened, so I figured it was a glitch or something and closed and reopened the client and now I have a fkin dodge timer. Plz be aware to this issue for I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this again.
