Problem with LoL launcher

I am playing Hexakill and got suddenly disconnected showing that Attempting to reconnect,I Am 100% sure that there is nothing problem with my internet. I tried to open the game after that happened, when i click on the icon it stuck at the banner showing league of legends logo. It is not even opening window which have launch button on it until that game is over. what kind of maintenance is this
