Thresh R not working properly?

During a game of ranked we engaged the enemy botlane but it seemed like that after Blitzcrank was ulted by Kalista on the Thresh Ultimate, the walls didnt seem to react to blitz at all.

Has this been posted before, is it common? I honestly dont know

P.S. Language spoken in video is dutch, but we aren't saying anything too important anyway

Looks like kalista was on top of the wall at death, so the game may have read it as her breaking it. Just a guess. Either way, it's a glitch.
