Kog'maw perma dying

I recently played a game, and for whatever reason, Any- and I mean any- anytime kogmaw was on my screen I got to hear the kogmaw kamakazi. not just once, but over and over and over again. even when he died, and I wasn't the only one, several people on my team heard it too, what the hell even effects that.
