[GAMEPLAY] Akali Q Flash Not Registering While Animation Does

this is so specific, i dont know how to look at it. do you count the cast point as "when you did it" or "where you are at the end", which is really a question that was never asked as no one at riot predicted that you would flash in the middle of a q in another direction. you have to move your mouse and press the keys just right timing to do it. obviously you can do it repeatedly but how often will this actually come up in game? q forward and in less than 0.1 seconds move mouse right and flash?

I feel like it's not an intended mechanic, and reacts similarly to Quinn Q+flash, but they should definitely fix the animation
