Camera stuck in locked mode

I was playing a game where I minimized the game by accident with alt + tab. When I opened the game again, my camera has locked and I could not unlock it by clicking the unlock button. The weird thing is, my champion was not in the center of the screen, but a bit more to the right and towards the top of my screen. This was probably the location of my champion when I minimize the game. I linked to the match history of the game where it happened, if that helps anything.
