Why i cant get any ke fragments??

Hellooo Rito! I have 1 problem. About week i havent got any key fragments, yes i have won games with champions i own. I have read the system and it says next: Earn keys as rewards for winning any matchmade games or by purchasing them at the store for 125 RP. Keys unlock chests through Hextech Crafting. To unlock your chests, you have a chance to randomly pick up a key each time you win any matchmade game and winning with friends results in finding more keys than going solo.

(im playing game everyday and atleast win 2 or more games) (im playing with 2 or more premades everyday)
