Client crushing when the game starts, won't let me reconnect unless I restart PC.

This issue with the client/game crashing has happened to me every game now. It started from nothing, and now I can't even play games because I have to restart my PC and reconnect which sets me back 4 levels in the game, that's if I can still play because sometimes I manage to reconnect but it will crash again. It really is unplayable and I'm trying to get my rank before the end of the season and it won't let me. I tried every possible thing I can think of..anybody else experiencing this issue, let me know and if you have solutions.
