Dirk unique passive stacking with ghostblade unique passive

Hello, i was recently playing some games as lucian and seeing how a build worked, i found that the passive movement speed from ghostblade was stacking with the passive movement speed from dirk, unfortunately i was not recording at the time, just wanted to let it be known
