Team abused afk surrender, down 3 (including fb) - 1 in kills they were still granted a remake.

This was a significant lead to our team that had nothing to do with the afk, though it may have been an abuse where the opposing team went in hard once 1 person triggered the surrender vote to see if they could either give themselves a lead or surrender the game if it failed. Kills came in slow enough before the surrender that they happened before it was confirmed but quick enough that someone likely started the surrender vote before-hand.

What should happen is when a player from the surrendering team is killed the surrender should be voided to prevent abuse (setting up a surrender than "going ham" for a lead and deciding whether to surrender or not based on the success/failure of that play).

First blood will only prevent a remake from happening if it occurs before someone has left/disconnected. If someone has already left before the first blood, then a remake is still valid.

From the looks of things, the enemy team's Nidalee was disconnected from the start, so it happened before any kills took place.
