Black Screen after champion select

Ever since a minor update league had a week or so back, whenever I tried to load into a game, the game would either completely stay in black screen until i shutdown my computer or it would load after waiting 5+ minutes. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, every troubleshooting option I could find, the built in league of legends repair thing, and updating my computer.
