O% loading screen forced into lp loss (remake) and leaver buster

The last 2 games i played, my client first blacked out. Later it finaly started to show color but the percentage stayed at 0%. I checked my internet and everything worked fine. I realized the other players conected and made me go leaver remake. The next evening i tried to play ranked and the same happened again i stayed at 0%. This time again i lost lp and even get a leaver buster 5 games for 20 min. I never left a game before the game even started and its sad and frustrating that after a wining streak i lose my lp this way. The problem started with patch 8.17 i couldnt see the character pictures only percentage. At begin it loaded and i got into the game so i didnt rly mind it that much. But now that is just frustrating. I am playing on EUNE acc BikoCarriesYou .
