Where is my ward skin ?

So , now its the halloween event end at loot chest is now ward skin perrfect or something like that. its pretty cool and i bought him with 150 champions coins or how they are named , and i dont have the ward skin.. so wtf? i want my ward skin!****

I believe the perrfect is an icon, not a ward skin... (I could be wrong though, and I'm not at home so hard to check)
